Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. For orders under $75, shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times
Our products ship directly from our partner brands. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–5 business days, and most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Multiple packages
If your order includes items from more than one brand, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when each package is dispatched.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days, or your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at returns@siiya.online with your order number and we will help resolve it with the carrier.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will do our best to help if you contact us quickly.
