Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with any tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
• Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including opened personal-care products, perishable goods, and items marked final sale on the product page.

How to start a return
Email us at returns@siiya.online with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. Our products ship directly from our partner brands, so we will send you the correct return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered. In that case we will cover return shipping or send a replacement.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
